What’s in art galleries

* If you want to have the pleasure of seeing fish that are able to live outside oceans, seas and aquariums, pay a visit to an exhibition opening at the Mess-Negar Gallery on November 15.

Mehran Malek will putting his innovative fish sculptures -- made of glass, resin and natural materials -- in a display named “The Dream of Fish” until November 21.
The Mess-Negar Gallery is located in the Park Prance Building on Mullah Sadra Ave.
* Photos by Mehrva Arvin, Kurosh Adim, Javid Ramezani, Kamran Adl, Naghmeh Qasemlu, and Majid Kurang-Beheshti are currently on display in a group exhibition at the Mehrva Gallery.
The exhibit will run until November 20 at the venue, which is located at No. 78, Azodi (S. Aban) St., Karim Khan Zand Ave.
* Paintings by Masud Sadeddin will be put on display at the Homa Gallery in an exhibit from on February 15 until 25.
The gallery is located at 27 Chehrazi St., near the Niayesh Highway and Vali-e Asr Ave. intersection.
* The Seyhoun Gallery plans to hold a posthumous exhibition of paintings by Hassan Hatami from February 16 until 21.
The gallery is located at No. 30 Fourth Alley, Vozara St.
* The Atbin Gallery is to hang the paintings of Ebrahim Ganjian in an exhibition from February 15 to 25.
The gallery is located on Khakzad Alley, Vali-e Asr Avenue, near the Parkway intersection.
* Parastu Nayyeri and Mahtab Barzegar will be putting their paintings on show at the Kamaleddin Behzad Gallery in an exhibit that is scheduled to be held from February 16 to 21.
The gallery, which is located at 312 Shanzdah-e Azar St. at the intersection with Keshavarz Blvd, will also be concurrently hosting an exhibition of posters by Yashar Naqizadeh.
* The Asar Gallery will be playing host to an exhibition of chalcography works by Mehrdad Khataii from February 15 to 24.
The venue is located at 27 Chehrazi St., near the intersection of Niayesh Highway and Vali-e Asr Ave..
